Not at all. Vectura is designed to work alongside your existing tools like NetSuite, Xero, or SAP. It doesn’t replace your ERP — it enhances it. You’ll gain real-time visibility and control over spend, without disrupting your existing financial workflows.
Most teams are fully onboarded within 3–5 business days. Our team will guide you through each step — from connecting your systems to configuring your reports and permissions. We also provide live chat support and optional training sessions if you need more hands-on help.
Vectura supports imports of vendor data, team budgets, historical expenses, and departmental codes. You can also connect directly to your ERP or finance tools to sync this data automatically. Our team is available to assist with imports during onboarding.
Yes. Vectura includes fine-grained permission controls out of the box. You can assign roles based on department, job function, or access level — whether someone needs full visibility, approval rights, or just access to their team's budgets.
